About Parkstone Grammar School

Parkstone Grammar School is an excellent place to work. Staff and students are happy, well cared for and well supported. We place a high priority on staff wellbeing and ensure that there are opportunities to support our staff. From free tea and coffee in the staffroom every day to activities such as Yoga and Pilates which are provided for free of charge. We also have an employee assistance scheme where confidential advice and support is available for staff as and when they need it. The staff wellbeing and workload committee meets regularly with the Headteacher to discuss all aspects of work in school to ensure that we have the best balance possible for staff to thrive.
