Rabbsfarm continuously identifies priorities for staff professional development and provides termly staff training sessions for both class teachers and support staff. In addition, ''The school increasingly reaches out and works with other schools to extend and share expertise. This is proving valuable in many ways. Expertise within the school is used well to coach and support teachers who need additional training, including those new to the profession.'' (Ofsted 2016)
