About Ramridge Primary School

Ramridge Primary School is a ‘Values’ based school where attributes and values such as honesty, respect, unity, trust and understanding are woven into the curriculum and underpin our teaching and learning. Through the teaching and promotion of values, our aim is to provide the children with a range of core skills, which will help them during their time in school and also for the future so that they are able to make a positive contribution to the wider community.

We are proud of our school and the achievement of our pupils, this is reflected in the positive attitudes and behaviour of the pupils and also the commitment of the staff and governors at the school. We always look to improve further by providing learning experiences that are exciting, innovative and challenging for our pupils so that they become creative, independent thinkers. In addition to being very well resourced, our school provides an attractive, stimulating indoor and outdoor environment for pupils to learn and develop their skills.

We firmly believe that the relationship between home and school is vital for pupils to thrive and develop a love of learning alongside values for life. We work hard to nurture the involvement of parents and carers by providing a range of activities and events from the children's time in our Nursery through to the end of Key Stage 2.
