Seaton Primary is a lively, inclusive and values-driven school at the heart of a strong coastal community. We are proud of our relational approach, including our commitment and our focus on supporting every child to thrive.


Our children benefit from a rich and engaging curriculum, including trips, clubs, performances and outdoor learning. Our setting includes an on-site woodland area, swimming pool, daily mile track, dedicated Early Years outdoor provision (including covered areas) and a newly renovated Year 5/6 learning space.


We have a strong culture of collaboration and professional growth. Staff work closely together and support one another, and we regularly welcome trainee teachers, visiting specialists and external partners into our school.


We are committed to developing our staff through a high-quality CPD offer, with dedicated time for professional development and collaborative planning. Early Career Teachers are supported through the Ambition Institute programme, alongside a school-based mentor and instructional coaching.


We recognise that teaching is demanding and place importance on staff wellbeing, balance and teamwork, with shared spaces that encourage connection and a culture where people look out for one another.
