About Sir Jonathan North Girls' College

Sir Jonathan North Girls’ College is seeking a committed, talented and experienced leader to join our team as Vice Principal - Holistic Development. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious senior leader who shares our vision and values to contribute to our College.

Following our most recent Ofsted inspection in January 2025, the College was judged Outstanding in every area. We are proud of this achievement and remain relentless in our pursuit of excellence across all we do —academically and holistically. We are now seeking a senior leader who is passionate about whole‑child development and committed to shaping the culture, systems and opportunities that enable every student to thrive. The successful candidate will:

· Provide strategic leadership of holistic development across the College

· Champion student wellbeing, enrichment, personal development and inclusion

· Lead teams and initiatives that support students' personal growth, resilience and sense of belonging

· Strengthen partnerships with families, external agencies and the wider community

· Work collaboratively as part of the Senior Leadership Team to sustain excellence and drive innovation

This role requires a leader who is highly effective, forward-thinking and deeply committed to student success. You will bring creativity, integrity and a passion for developing young people not only academically, but as confident, compassionate and empowered individuals.
