About Spring Bank Primary School
Spring Bank Primary School is a vibrant, warm and caring school, which sits at the heart of the local community.
Working together as a team, the staff aim to provide a supportive and caring environment, inspirational teaching which concentrates on embedding the basic skills, while engaging and motivating our pupils through enrichment activities, to enable our children be the best they possibly can be. Children who join our school begin a seven-year learning journey which will prepare them for their secondary phase of education and beyond.
At Spring Bank, we believe that working in partnership with parents and families is crucial if we are to ensure all of our children feel safe, happy, valued and achieve their full potential.
Through our Spring Bank curriculum, we aim to develop a love of learning inspired by quality teaching that builds on the strengths and skills of our children, valuing them each as individuals. We embrace imagination and creativity and aim for all children to achieve their potential, developing future passions and talents. Our broad and balanced curriculum provides practical and inspirational ways of teaching which in turn encourages and fosters enthusiasm, perseverance and resilience. We aim for all our children to work collaboratively together and to communicate effectively. By the time our children leave Spring Bank they will have developed the skills to become lifelong learners and to have a love of learning.
We promote the importance of respect and community and children at our school recognise their responsibilities towards each other, our culturally diverse local community and the wider world. This is underpinned by our School Values.
