About Springhill Catholic Primary School


Welcome to our wonderful three form entry Catholic primary school set in vast grounds in Milton Road. Springhill is a Catholic school where we strive to achieve excellence in all that we do as we follow the Gospel values of Jesus Christ.  We provide a caring environment in which the children grow and learn, with the Catholic ethos woven into every aspect of the life and work of our school.


We strive to have excellent relationships with our parent body. As one parent told the Ofsted inspector - ‘It is like leaving your child with family’.


We are proud to be one of the highest achieving schools for a number of years now in the local area (with a recent Outstanding Ofsted - March 2022) and our children make excellent progress during their time at Springhill. Our caring nature focusing on developing the whole child means our school is fun and full of laughter with lots of events and occasions taking place all the time, adding to our exciting and rigorous curriculum. School is about learning to love learning and making memories for life, balanced with the academics to ensure our children have the best foothold in life to do anything they dream of doing.
