About St Mary's Infants' School

St Mary's Infants is a two-form entry school for Reception to Year 2 pupils, situated in the beautiful, historic market town of Baldock. Our children thrive in an environment that depicts our picturesque school grounds and the natural world. We believe in developing the whole child and fully supported staff and therefore have a full-time pastoral lead working to support both staff and pupils. This includes nurture groups and forest schools so we can all flourish together. In addition, we have resident music professionals enriching our music curriculum as well as offering a excellent continual professional development opportunities for staff looking to progress their careers. We are an outward looking school with strong networks across the community, local nurseries, and our Junior feeder school. We have a strong vision created by all stakeholders. The new Business Manager will play a pivotal role in continuing to drive our standards from good to beyond!
