About Thakeham Primary School

We are a small school of 105 pupils organised into 4 classes (EYFS, Y1/2, Y3/4, Y5/6). Our PAN is 15. We became a Primary School in September 2017 and re-located to a purpose built site which has undergone much refurbishment.
Our small school ethos with the emphasis on individual children and close links with the community continue to flourish but our access to resources and opportunities that the new site affords has enabled us to support great achievements for pupils (our motto is Small School, Big Opportunities, Great Achievements).
We pride ourselves on our engaging and personalised curriculum and strong home-school relationships. We have wonderful, dedicated staff and governors who really do go the extra mile for the children.
