Following the relocation of our current Headteacher; The Trustees of The Pilgrim Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint an effective and dynamic person or persons with a clear Christian vision for success; someone who will embrace and build on the ethos and many attributes of the community in order to continue the outstanding journey of Pilgrim.

The Pilgrim School a Church of England Primary School with Nursery is a popular, over-subscribed, one-form-entry school with an excellent reputation in its local and wider communities. Standards are consistently high and its wonderful staff are dedicated, highly skilled and are passionate about the children in their care. The pupils in return behave extremely well, developing a love of learning in their child-centred environment. The school is proud to have achieved the Ace School of Character Quality Mark Plus and all are proud to be Pilgrim!

The Trustees and Local Governors are extremely invested in the school and are highly strategic in their role, ensuring that a newly appointed Headteacher will be greatly supported.
