Willowfield School is a vibrant, inclusive, and oversubscribed 11–16 comprehensive school in the heart of East London. We are proud of our diverse community, where over 50 languages are spoken, and every child is valued and supported to thrive.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced SENDCO to join our dedicated team and lead our provision for pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. This is a key leadership role, central to our mission of ensuring every child receives a rich, rewarding, and inclusive education.
What We’re Looking For:
• A qualified teacher with the National Award for SEN Coordination (or willingness to complete it).
• Proven experience in supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to inspire staff, pupils, and families.
• A collaborative approach to working with external agencies and the wider school community.
