We are looking to appoint a SEND Teacher to join our passionate and hardworking team at Elements Academy.

To lead a group of pupils with Education, Health and Care plans; planning and delivering outstanding cross curricular learning opportunities including English and Maths, whilst securing a nurturing and supportive environment with high expectations for all pupils to enable to achieve their full potential.
