We are looking to appoint a Behaviour and Intervention Worker to join our passionate and hardworking team at Enrich Academy.
The purpose of the role is to support and develop pupils with SEHM and SEND needs in their successful participation in learning. The aim is to develop pupils and their social skills to promote integration with peer groups, whilst securing their physical and emotional wellbeing and encouraging their independence and raising self-esteem.
The role is 34 hours per week, working term time only.
