What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to help enhance the learning outcomes of a child in KS1. The working pattern is 16.5 hours per week spread over Monday-Friday mornings. Successful candidates will be required to work flexibly, taking direction from the class teacher and SENCO in adapting and planning activities to help the child progress. Previous experience of working with young children is desirable, but not essential. The school will be able to offer full training to the right candidate.
