What skills and experience we're looking for
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has experience working with children, particularly those with additional needs
Builds warm, positive relationships with children and colleagues
Demonstrates patience, flexibility and a nurturing approach
Understands the importance of inclusion and personalised support
Communicates clearly and confidently with adults and children
Is organised, reliable and committed to professional growth
Holds (or is willing to work towards) a relevant L2 or L3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning
