1:1 Midday Assistant job summary

1:1 Midday Assistant

Monday - Friday, 1 hour per day, Term time only

Required as soon as possible, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed Midday Assistant to provide 1 to 1 supervision to a pupil during the lunch-time break.

As a 1:1 Midday Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to an individual pupil during the lunchtime period. Working closely with school staff, you will help create an inclusive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported and able to thrive.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children, have good communication skills and be able to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues. A patient, caring and flexible approach is essential, along with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference to a child's school day whilst being part of a supportive and dedicated school community.
