What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to work alongside colleagues in Wheal Friendly (Reception class), to support the needs of a pupil with an EHCP.

You will need to be pro-active in this role, supporting the educational, emotional and physical needs of this pupil. We are looking for someone who has experience and is self-motivated that can work alongside the class teacher, class teaching assistants and SENCo to make sure that the pupil is supported to access the curriculum.

We are looking for someone who can buy into our school vision and also work effectively as part of the team.
