What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced SEN 1:1 teaching assistant to work in EYFS with a child who has additional needs. This will be on an individual basis and also in small groups. You will be working under the direction of the class teacher.

Experience of working with a child who has difficulties with language and communication would be an advantage.

This position is fixed term until August 2026 while funding is confirmed.

We are an infant school in Brackley that is a standalone academy. All teachers are passionate and specialists in early years education. We have two classes in each year group with a large school hall. The EYFS area has its own outside area which can be accessed at all times. The school has a well resourced Forest school which is used throughout the week. We are a close working team where being a team player is essential.
