1:1 Teaching Assistant job summary

SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant 12.00pm to 3.15pm Monday to Friday. 16 hours 15 minutes per week. Term time plus inset days.

A exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Archbishop Wake Primary School as a SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant on a fixed term basis until 31st August 2025.

As a SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistant you will be expected to provide one-to-one support to an individual pupil with an Educational Healthcare Plan (EHCP) who has specific needs. The post-holder will be fully informed about the needs they are supporting and what the targets set by external professionals are, and how to effectively support these needs.
