Hours: 32.5 hours Per Week, 39 Weeks Per Year

Due to the ever-growing popularity of our school, we are seeking a motivated, compassionate and committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team and support students in achieving their full potential. Working closely with individual students, you will provide tailored support that promotes confidence, independence and engagement in learning, helping students to overcome barriers and make excellent progress both academically and personally.
You will play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment, adapting strategies to meet individual needs and encouraging students to develop as confident, resilient and independent learners. Working collaboratively with teachers, parents and external professionals, you will help ensure every student receives the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed.

Since becoming an academy in September 2009, Kettering Buccleuch Academy has seen many exciting changes. We are an all-through academy catering for students aged 4-18. We moved into our new, purpose-built building in January 2013. The academy continues to go from strength to strength, with happy and motivated staff, a supportive culture and plenty of opportunities for personal grown with our excellent staff CPD offer.
