What skills and experience we're looking for

VACANCY – 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs

We are looking to appoint a dedicated teaching assistant to support children with special educational needs. Experience of one-to-one working with children with SEND is desired, as the role will involve supporting children with high needs as well as small groups of children as directed.

Skills Required

  • Flexible, enthusiastic and positive, as well as being conscientious and a good communicator.
  • Applicants must have experience of working in the primary sector.
  • Minimum of GCSE grade C in English and Maths.
  • High aspirations and determination to help all our children achieve.
  • A high level of communication skill with children and adults.
