What skills and experience we're looking for
VACANCY – 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support children with Special Educational Needs
We are looking to appoint a dedicated teaching assistant to support children with special educational needs. Experience of one-to-one working with children with SEND is desired, as the role will involve supporting children with high needs as well as small groups of children as directed.

Skills Required
- Flexible, enthusiastic and positive, as well as being conscientious and a good communicator.
- Applicants must have experience of working in the primary sector.
- Minimum of GCSE grade C in English and Maths.
- High aspirations and determination to help all our children achieve.
- A high level of communication skill with children and adults.
- A genuine commitment to care for and better the lives of children - every day is different.
- The ability to be adaptable and flexible and make changes at short notice.
- A sense of humour and commitment to teamwork.
