  • We are seeking someone who:

    • Have a warm, caring and nurturing personality with a friendly disposition.
    • Has experience of working with children in an educational setting
    • An understanding of how to best to support SEND children.
    • Be able to develop positive relationships with children and parents.
    • Be able to work alongside our teachers, pastoral team, parents and outside agencies to support children’s learning and progress .
    • Have experience of Read Write Inc.
    • Be able to support pupils in development skills in independence, self-confidence, and social interaction.
    • Have high expectations of pupils’ learning and behaviour.
    • Be enthusiastic, flexible and organised with excellent communication skills and initiative.
