2 x SEN Teaching Assistants job summary
We are seeking someone who:
- Have a warm, caring and nurturing personality with a friendly disposition.
- Has experience of working with children in an educational setting
- An understanding of how to best to support SEND children.
- Be able to develop positive relationships with children and parents.
- Be able to work alongside our teachers, pastoral team, parents and outside agencies to support children’s learning and progress .
- Have experience of Read Write Inc.
- Be able to support pupils in development skills in independence, self-confidence, and social interaction.
- Have high expectations of pupils’ learning and behaviour.
- Be enthusiastic, flexible and organised with excellent communication skills and initiative.
