Post: Teacher - Maternity Cover KS1/KS2

Location: Hill View Primary, Hill View Road, Bournemouth, BH10 5BD

FTE Salary Range: MPS1 - UPS3 - £32,916 - £51,047

Contract Type: Fixed Term - Maternity Cover until August 2027

Contract Hours: 5 days a week

We are looking to appoint an excellent teacher, who have a determination to ensure that Hill View Primary becomes an outstanding academy.

We work in collaboration with our Trust, REACH South, which currently consists of thirteen primary schools in Bournemouth, Plymouth and Wiltshire. This gives us a wide support network and allows our staff to grow professionally and our children to achieve excellence

Hill View Primary Academy provides a happy, secure and stimulating learning environment for every child. Our teachers and teaching assistants are highly trained and well experienced in all aspects of primary education, meaning our children are supported, encouraged and well-led throughout their time with us.

Hill View Primary is a successful, highly regarded three-form entry primary academy with a PAN of 630. The Academy was inspected in May 2024 and is a good school, ‘ Pupils come to school happy and eager to learn. They are determined to uphold the school’s ‘ASCENT’ values, such as community and excellence. Pupils have positive attitudes to learning and build their independence. Parents speak highly of the care and support that their children receive throughout their time in the school. ‘ Additionally, leaders have ensured that the school’s focus on pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural development is reflected in the curriculum.’

About the Trust
