We are looking to appoint an Academy Business Partner to work at both Dunchurch Junior & St Bartholomew's C of E Academies.
Are you looking for a truly varied role where you can make a difference to children, staff, families and communities? This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager to work side by side with the headteacher as a member of the academy’s leadership team, ensuring the smooth and safe running of the school’s operations. The ABP also holds responsibilities for managing staff effectively, fostering team performance and leading HR initiatives. Additionally, the role responsibilities cover strategy, facilities management and compliance.
