What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience in programme / curriculum leadership and management at a Senior Level, including curriculum design leading to improvements in growth and outcomes

Experience of delivering change within a programme or curriculum.

Experience of using IT systems and data analysis to manage performance and bring about improvement.

Experience of building and maintaining successful employer / external relationships

Experience of managing budgets to deliver best value

Has worked in similar environments. Proven ability to succeed in this type of environment, working with similar systems and processes.

Strong track record as a teacher.

What the college offers its staff

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between£54,028 - £62,633per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.

The current key objectives for the role are:

• Improving and maintaining the quality of the provision in the academy so that it is rated at least “Good” by OFSTED or self-assessed to be at least “Good” by the college.

• Improving student outcomes on all study programme aspects so that pass rates are maintained at or above National Rates.

• Ensuring that Academy growth targets are met, in line with the college’s strategy (to 2025).

• Lead the achievement of Academy KPIs, including growth and efficiency targets as set during the college’s annual Business Planning process.
