The trustees of the Kite Academy Trust are seeking to appoint an experienced, outstanding, inspirational and dynamic leader to help us to build on our successes, tackle our challenges and ensure that all our learners at The Ferns Primary Academy flourish.
You will have the drive and passion to accelerate improvement at The Ferns, bringing a level of focus, precision and rigour that will have a substantial and sustained impact on the school and its reputation. Improvement will be based on an unswerving focus on teaching and learning and a strong commitment to develop the culture and ethos of the school within its community.
You will probably be an existing Headteacher with energy, creativity and resilience to embrace the challenges and rewards that leadership of this school will offer you. The Ferns Primary Academy is a member of the Kite Academy Trust, a multi-academy trust formed in October 2015 with a shared aim of providing the very best for all of our children, families and staff in our area. At The Ferns, we are looking to appoint a new Academy Head Teacher with proven outstanding leadership skills, who is dynamic, resilient and has the vision to move the academy from requires improvement to good.
