Cams Hill School in Fareham, a Single Academy Trust secondary school, is looking for a new team member to join them as their Governance Professional. This role is an exciting opportunity to play a unique and engaging role, supporting and guiding the effective Governance of the school.

The Governance Professional works in support of the following groups:

• Members, who oversee the durable and effective existence of the Trust.

• Governors (Trustees) who are responsible for the strategic, financial and operational success of the Trust, to the benefit of pupils and the wider community.

• Senior Leadership and Middle Leadership Teams within the school.
