Achievement Support Assistant

16.5 Hours per week

8.45am - 3.30pm - Monday - Friday (Term time only)

£9,867.75 - £10,185.80 PA (Actual)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Achievement Support Assistant to join our team. This rewarding role involves working closely with teachers to support pupils' learning, helping them overcome barriers, and celebrating their progress. You will play a vital part in fostering confidence, resilience and a love of learning in every child.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to individuals and small groups
  • Assist in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities
  • Promote positive behaviour and inclusion across the school
  • Support pupils' social and emotional development alongside progress
  • Work collaboratively with staff to help every child reach their potential.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a passion for supporting children's learning and achievement
  • Can build positive , supporting relationships with pupils and staff
  • Is adaptable, patient and committed to inclusive education
  • Works well as part of a team with strong communication skills.
