Achievement Support Officer (Level 3)

32.5 hours per week

Term time only plus 5 additional days

We are seeking a Level 3 Achievement Support Officer to join the Early Years team in our busy, thriving and highly sought after provision within our school. We are looking for someone with relevant experience of working with young children, who is enthusiastic about supporting and educating nursery and early years aged children. Our EYFS take children from three years old and play a vital prole in preparing children for their journey into primary education and beyond.

You will work alongside our EYFS Leaders and support staff to support children in all areas of the Early Years curriculum. You must be open to delivering a high-quality Early Years Provision which you will support in the planning and resourcing of. The school uses the Bug Club phonics scheme to teach Early Reading and Phonics.

We are looking to appoint someone who:

Can establish productive working relationships with children, acting as a role model and setting high expectations;

Is kind, caring, energetic and enthusiastic;

Encourages pupils to interact with others and engage all children in learning activities led by the teacher;

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoys working within a supportive team;
