Acting Headteacher job summary
The governing body, staff and pupils of Watcombe Primary School are seeking an inspiring leader to join us in an Acting Headteacher role until the end of 2021/22 Academic year.
The role would suit a leader who is looking for a developmental secondment for 2 terms, someone looking to relocate to the area or an experienced individual looking for a fixed term challenge.
You will be a dynamic and innovative individual with a proven track record of operating at a senior management level, with well-developed strategic and operational leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills. You will be committed to delivering high quality learning to all pupils and to working in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, governors and the community to provide an environment in which staff and pupils are supported in achieving their full potential.
