Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to join our busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service to students, staff, and families. Based in the main school office, you will be the first point of contact for scholars, parents, and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome while supporting the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support across the academy.
  • Manage incoming communications and maintain accurate records.
  • Support with events, meetings, and diary management.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to students, staff, and families.
  • Meet and greet visitors and lead on front-of-house reception duties.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • Experience in an administrative or customer-facing role (school experience desirable but not essential).
  • A commitment to the values and ethos of Astrea Academy Trust.
