Role Responsibilities:

As an Admin Assistant, you will provide high-quality business support to ensure the smooth running of the school, aligned with the priorities of the Operations Manager. Your responsibilities will include managing student information on the school MIS.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a busy administrative role
  • Is proficient with various IT systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Has knowledge of school systems
  • Can handle information in accordance with GDPR principles, dealing with confidential and sensitive information
