Administrator job summary

As our Administrator, you will:
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with our diverse, multicultural school community.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the school office, ensuring all administrative systems operate efficiently.
  • Carry out a variety of administrative tasks including:
    • Word processing and data entry
    • Record keeping and reprographics
    • Banking transactions and mail distribution
    • Reception duties and general office support
    • Maintain and update school databases, pupil records, and staff information using Microsoft Office and school systems.
    • Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
    • Liaise with external agencies, contractors, and suppliers to support school operations.
    • Promote and safeguard the wellbeing of children, reporting concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in line with school policies.
