Admin Assistant - Maternity Cover job summary
We are looking for to appoint an Admin Assistant to join our friendly office team at Iford Academy to cover maternity leave.
This is a fixed term contract until July 2025.
Duties will include taking/making phone calls to parents and external agencies, filing, photocopying, coordinating student rewards, supporting the pastoral team with admin tasks, lead on first aid admin including completion of RIDDOR reports and filing of accident reports.
This role will work closely with all support and curriculum staff. Excellent administration and organisational skills are essential.
The post involves the use of all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, and Arbor database (training will be provided)
Candidates need to possess a calm & resilient manner and use discretion at all times.
