Admin Assistant job summary
Wyndham Park Infants’ School is a mainstream primary with 270 pupils between the ages of 4-7 and St Mark’s CofE School is a mainstream Junior School for pupils aged 7-11 years both Education Provisions (EPs) have a SEND resource base.
We are seeking to appoint an Administration Assistant with good experience of working in a school or similar environment with a broad understanding of the administration process to join our office team. Within our EPs we are committed to the education and wellbeing of each and every child, and we take pride in the EPs’ positive and caring culture.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong ICT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft/Word/Excel
- Has strong customer service front facing experience.
- Is a good record keeper
- Is able to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
- Fantastic experience in managing multiple workstreams and organising own workload
- Is an excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Has a flexible approach to their role
- Able to take minutes and follow up at meetings
