Admin Coordinator job summary
The Corpus Christi Catholic Academy Trust wishes to appoint an Admin Coordinator at Saint Paul's Catholic High School. The successful candidate will also collaborate with colleagues at other schools within the Trust. The role will be for 14 hours a week (Thursday and Friday from 8am to 4pm) on a term time only plus 3 weeks basis (42 weeks a year).
Main Purpose of the job
- To organise and supervise the distribution of work amongst administrative support staff ensuring adequate financial and administrative procedures and systems are maintained
- To provide line management cover for administrative staff in the office
- To work collaboratively with all staff and parents in order to support pupil well being
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of general clerical administrative work
- Have good numeracy and literacy skills
- Have effective written and communication skills to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels
- Have the right personal values, attributes and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work in successful partnership with all stakeholders and support the Trust’s vision
