Junior Administration Officer - 20 hours per week Term Time + 5 days job summary

Are you an organised, proactive individual with a passion for supporting education? Washacre Primary Academy is seeking a Junior Administration Officer to join our dedicated team and help ensure the smooth running of our school’s administrative and reception services.

As Junior Administration Officer, you will work closely with the Senior Administration Officer to support the school’s core operations. Your role will be vital in maintaining efficient systems, providing a welcoming reception service, and ensuring high-quality administrative support across the school.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in delivering effective administrative and reception services.
  • Organise and maintain school information systems.
  • Support daily operations including dinner numbers, school trips, and calendar scheduling.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to pupils, parents, and visitors

  • Can manage tasks independently and as part of a team.
  • Has strong organisational and communication skills.
