Job summary;
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Admin Officer to support the day to day management and administration of our busy school office at Alderbury & West Grimstead CofE Primary School.
The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrate excellent attention to detail, and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team. While experience in a school environment is desirable, we are primarily seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong initiative, and a genuine commitment to supporting our Headteacher and school community.
In this important role, you will help promote the school positively among colleagues, parents, and the wider community. You will provide accurate and up-to-date information, both written and verbal, and offer appropriate advice and support to staff, pupils, parents, and external contacts. Working under the leadership of the Headteacher, you will undertake a range of administrative, front of house, data management, and organisational responsibilities.
Experience of managing administrative duties in a busy office environment is essential.
