Administration and Data Entry Support Assistant (3 month Fixed Term) job summary
We are looking for a Administration and Data Entry Support Assistant to join the People Team at Greenwood Academies Trust.
The main purpose of the role is to provide administrative and data entry support to the People Team, to support the SAMPeople transition project.
Key Responsibilities: Accurately maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection standards. Provide administrative support to the project by carrying out a range of tasks as required, while effectively managing priorities and working to established deadlines.
Required Skills: Possess strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Experience of working with HR systems, ideally SAMPeople, and the ability to manage and protect confidential information in line with data protection requirements are essential. Candidates should also demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, effective written and verbal communication abilities, and the confidence to work independently while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
