Administration Assistant - 18 hours per week job summary
Administration Assistant
18 hours per week/39 weeks per year (term time only)
We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our enthusiastic and friendly team which is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for our pupils. Experience in a school is advantageous, however full training will be given.
To be successful in this role, the applicant must be a strong team player who can use their own initiative whilst remaining confident, empathetic and be a positive character within the school.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a busy office and we value individuals who are well-organised, self-motivated and can demonstrate a strong ability to work as part of a team. Attention to detail is paramount as is a sound understanding of IT particularly Microsoft Office.
