The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role includes key responsibilities for monitoring attendance and supporting the smooth running of the school office.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately monitor and record pupil attendance using school systems.
- Contact parents/carers to follow up on absences and update records promptly.
- Provide general administrative support to the school office team.
- Assist with data entry and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Support safeguarding and pupil welfare through accurate attendance reporting.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Previous experience in a school or similar setting is desirable but not essential.
