The role:
Barr Beacon School are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant who will support the school in all aspects of administration. This is an opportunity to assist in providing support to pupils, parents, staff and professional outside agencies. You will be supporting the day-to-day clerical needs of the school this includes completing mail merges, addressing letters and filing as well as supporting with pupil attendance administration e.g. completing letters
About you:
You must have excellent verbal and written skills;
- You must have a friendly, professional and respectful approach;
- Have an adequate level of literacy and numeracy (GCSE grade C or equivalent in English & Maths);
- Hold computer and keyboard skills and be able to operate relevant office equipment and IT packages.
