About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Administration Assistant to join our busy school office. This is a varied role where no two days are the same! You will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the school by providing excellent administrative support to staff, pupils, and parents.
In addition to general office duties, you will lead pupil attendance monitoring and improvement, working closely with staff and families to ensure excellent attendance across the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff
- Managing telephone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and updating school systems
- Leading on pupil attendance monitoring and improvement, including producing reports and liaising with families and external agencies
- Supporting pupil admissions processes
- Assisting with general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Handling confidential information in line with GDPR requirements
