What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will have:

  • Competence in the use of office-based ICT programmes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A clear understanding of the need to maintain confidentiality at all times

  • Previous experience of working in a busy office environment

  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure

  • An understanding of statutory requirements relating to safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety

  • A willingness to undertake first aid training and act as a designated first aider
