Is our Administration Assistant opportunity at Oasis Academy Boulton , the role for you?

Firstly you'll be joining us at Oasis, where we are looking to build stronger communities and provide exceptional education for our pupils that enhances their lives. Want a role where you are integral to this? Then this might be the role for you. 

You’ll be key to the running of our academy. Our support & office staff are central to how we work. You'll be one of the first people our students and community may interact with and you can really help set the tone for our students days. A smile and a kind word can make all the difference!

This is a term time plus 2 role, meaning this is ideal for someone with a family to support during school holidays or ideal for someone who wants to travel or explore other hobbies and interests over holidays.

About our Administration Assistant Role:

No two days are the same! As mentioned above you'll often be the first interaction with parents/local community. You'll be understanding of the challenges parents/community maybe having whilst upholding the expectations we have. We can't talk about a role in education without mentioning our students, our pupils are lovely and you might be one of the first friendly and supportive faces some of our student see. You'll get to know and learn about them , likely learning lots of interesting things and you'll be key in making sure our students are where they should be , that support is sort where needed and that ultimately they are safe. 

Alongside this you'll undertake tasks you may expect of an administration assistant. You'll be key to supporting our senior leaders and staff fulfil their roles. This may include things such as supporting with uploads on our website, managing social media accounts, newsletters, supporting with trip organisation alongside maintaining accurate records and filing.

About Boulton Academy

You’ll be joining an academy with great facilities and outdoor space, access to community hub (who we work closely with supporting families and communities) and where every child has their own iPad.

Term time only + 2 weeks (worked over the course or the year)
