Are you looking to join a vibrant and growing school community? We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to provide vital clerical and organisational support, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our school. As a key member of our team, you will help create a welcoming and efficient environment for students, staff, parents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & Visitor Management: Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
- Clerical Support: Maintain pupil records, manage attendance, and assist with school communications.
- Lunch & Catering: Support daily lunch records and assist with catering inquiries.
- School Tours & Admissions: Organise and lead tours for prospective parents/students, manage pupil admissions, and liaise with local authorities for smooth transition arrangements.
- Website Management: Update the school website with key information, admissions, and tours.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Experience with office systems, including SIMS Management Information System (or similar).
- Ability to work flexibly and support the growth of the school.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
