The Admissions Office and HR Support / PA to Senior Leadership Team role is key to the effective operation of our complex needs school. This multifaceted position provides comprehensive support to the Admissions & Tribunals process, the HR processes, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to working with families and staff in a specialized educational environment. This will be a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the leadership team’s responsibilities, contributing significantly to the school’s overall efficiency and success. This role requires exceptional multi-tasking abilities and a proactive approach to administrative and logistical challenges.
Located in a modern building, Churchill Park Academy is an Ofsted Good, all through mixed special school, catering for children and young people of West Norfolk with complex needs. We currently have 220 students on roll. In June 2021 Churchill Park Academy became part of Unity Education Trust.
