About the Post
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and proactive Administration Assistant to join our outstanding Front Office Team at Twynham School. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the school, with a particular focus on delivering high-quality printed materials that enhance teaching and learning across departments.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that underpins the smooth running of the school. Working closely with teaching staff, you will ensure that reprographics services meet the highest standards, while also providing occasional in-class support to enrich pupil activities. You will take responsibility for maintaining reprographics equipment across the site, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
This post would suit a colleague who is highly organised, technically confident, and passionate about supporting education through excellent administrative service.
