Administration Assistant job summary

St Charles’ Catholic Academy is a vibrant school seeking an Administration Assistant to play a crucial role in providing an efficient and effective reception and administrative support service to the academy.

 

As Administration Assistant, you will:

· Assist with daily office tasks, including, answering phone calls, responding to emails and ensuring smooth office operations

· Act as a welcoming first point of contact for parents, students, visitors and staff

· Be responsible for collating and recording pupil information, for example, school meals

· Assist the School Business Manager with finance support

 

What we’re looking for:

· A highly organised and proactive individual with strong people skills and attention to detail.

· Experience in a school office or other administration role.

· A commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.

· The ability to build strong relationships and manage multiple tasks effectively.
