Administration Assistant job summary
The execution, accuracy, and front-line service for all parent, visitor and student interactions. The Administrative Assistant will handle the "Immediate Reality"— answering the phones, greeting visitors, processing daily attendance, and maintaining the office environment.
They provide the "Human Face" of the Academy. They are the eyes and ears on the ground, often identifying administrative bottlenecks before they become major issues.
The role will provide high-quality administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to the Academy. As the first point of contact for the Academy, the Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring that parents, students, and visitors receive a welcoming and efficient service during every interaction.
